First Look at 'Equals'

Here's a first look from Equals, starring Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult.

The film is set in the future, when emotions are a thing of the past and a new breed of humans called Equals live in harmony. But eventually a disease starts activating emotions in its victims, who are then sent away and never heard from again. Silas (Hoult) becomes infected, and realizes Nia (Stewart) has emotions too, but is able to hide them. They must team up to escape their surroundings in order to survive.

The film also stars Guy Pearce and Jacki Weaver, and directed by Drake Doremus.

Filming is done in Japan and Singapore, which explains the Kristen sightings by fans.
