Rumour Alert! What's Up with Robsten?!

Honestly, I don't think the rumour is true. Of course, when a tabloid magazine reports it, it's instant 'news'. Then again, Rob and Kristen never did officially say they're a couple.

Gossip Cop reports:


Kristen Stewart allegedly cheated on longtime boyfriend Robert Pattinson. According to Us Weekly’s new issue, the cover of which leaked online Tuesday afternoon, Pattinson made a “heartbreaking discovery” when he found out Stewart allegedly had a “steamy affair” with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. A small photo featured on the cover seemingly shows Sanders — who is married to and has kids with Snow White actress Liberty Ross — wrapping his arms around Stewart in an embrace. Us further claims the two were photographed not long ago making out. Similarly, People is reporting Stewart is “devastated” by her actions,” with a source describing the incident as a “mistake and a complete lapse in judgement.”


Gossip Cop has begun thoroughly investigating Us Weekly’s and People’s claims, and here is what we know so far. Something did happen between Stewart and Sanders, although a source close to the actress tells us, “It’s not a relationship.” “She made a mistake. She feels awful,” we’re told, but our source stresses, “She’s not with him.”


Every media outlet has picked up this news. Most are skeptical, some are shocked. Try the Us Weekly link above, and it appears to have been removed, but the cover story is still on the magazine's website. Odd.

Meanwhile, Mandy from Mandy's Mind did her own investigation into this matter.


We now know this is not true but IMDB posted that Sanders wife Liberty Ross was on 105.3 fm Brisbane radio station saying that the photo is of her, with Kristen's head photoshopped. However, an official statement at this time MAY be needed. Of course, since rob & Kristen haven't really "officially" come OUT about their relationship, a statement would probably focus on the fact that Kristen did or did not have relations with Rupert Sanders or not. Also, @RossLiberty is no longer available (deleted?)


Twitter, IMDB and hear say is simply not my thing, so instead of feed into the rumour, I called the radio station myself to get answers! They said they didn't have Liberty Ross on the show. They did say they posted the "cheating story" because they saw it on People Magazine. Then they tweeted the clarification / confirmation and FINALLY people realized it was false. The reality that this may indeed be Kristen set in. In reality Rob & Kristen may have an open relationship, Liberty & Rupert may too. Maybe this happened in a hippy-drug-induced-love-fest or as rehearsals for the next Snow White or just a friendly gesture is interpreted... maybe it is true... really... does it honestly make a huge difference in your life? Besides my intense curiosity, I don't really care one way or another, much like I didn't care if they were together or not... but time will tell!

A plausible proof. Look at the hair in the small photo, looks exactly like Liberty's hair.

No official statement or anything from all parties involved yet, though.
